In an effort to have clear lines of communication between some of the most important people involved in the Youth Ministry (that's you, parents) and the youth workers, this is for you.
Medical Release Forms
We make every effort to assure your students safety in all that we do. However, accidents do happen and when they do we want to be ready. That is why we carry a first-aid kit to every event as well as require each student to have an up-to-date medical release form. Please do your part in keeping your student safe and fill one out completely including the insurance information for each event required. Your student's safety is always our number one priority.
Trip Deposits
We are requiring a minimum $25 or $50 non-refundable deposit (depending on cost of trip) on all retreats, mission trips, and other significant SFC Youth Ministry events. This is to make students more financially responsible and accountable so we don't lose money that we have already paid out.
Parent Involvement Forms
Our desire is to partner with parents as well as people from other age groups as we connect with our students together. We desire that each student has the opportunity to connect with loving adults. We need people to be sponsors on trips and retreats, prepare food, host an Aftershock, etc. We would love to sit down and talk discuss at what level of involvement you would like to have. Please don't wait to be asked - call us. We need you!
Prayer
Please be in prayer for our staff, volunteers, and teens. We strongly believe in the power of prayer and encourage you to think of this group as often as you can. Your prayers for our students and the youth staff make a real difference!
Email
Please give us your email so that we can contact you about upcoming events, questions, or maybe just wish you a happy day!

If you have any questions about anything that happens through the week, do not hesitate to call. You can reach Pastor Eric or Pastor Kelly at 509.467.8986. We are here to help you and your teens in any way that we can.
